Bass down low

Hollaaaaaaaaaaa. Sorry for the late late late late late update, it's just so hard to keep up with this, especiall now :P But at least I'm doing it!

K so too much stuff has happened for me to recall them all in specificity and in order, so really, this will just be me blabbing on and on.... about nothing.... feel free to stop reading if you want.... LOL.

K so I just got home from my friend's debut and my feet hurt. And my neck. Aaaand yah. Don't expect me to go on and on 'cause I'm feeling rather tired for this :P

I CLEANED MY ROOM FINALLY! Since I started university waaaaaaay back in September (which feels like years ago, really), my room looked like a tornado ran through it twice, and that pigs hibernated and mated in there for four months, but that is no longer the case!!!! It's quite beautiful actually, I put all my important pictures up, PUT UP THE DEATHLY HALLOWS CAST POSTER Kelsey got me and the Glee calendar Carmen bought for me, so it looks x10 more awesome than it did before when it was just regular and clean. I can't stop staring at the awesomeness of my wall, honestly....... the first thing I do when I wake up is stare at it and the last thing I do is stare at it, HAHAHA. So if you're thinking of Christmas gift ideas for me, I like things that personalize my wall so I can continue to decorate and make it look awesome :)

CAN I JUST SAY HALLELUJAH FOR THE WINTER BREAK? I was about to lose it (like I always do) at school, but this break came just in time. So far I have an A- from my Explorations 120 course, and a B+ in my Explorations 110 course - so in simpler terms, it was my writing and sociology course that I've gotten my grades from so far, I'm still waiting in History 106 and World Lit 102 -.- I'm crossing my fingers for some type of B to be had in WL and I'm hoping for the best in Hist 106 - I did CRAPPY beyond CRAPPY on the midterm, so the only thing I'm hoping for now is that it doesn't bring my GPA down too low so that I wouldn't get the second installment of my scholarship. If I keep my GPA above a 3.0 then I will for suresie keep my scholarship and have my next semester paid for, so please pray for me....... not kidding, LOL.

Btw, let's just say I never really knew what studying was really like before university. I thought I "studied" in high school, when I would just skim over notes and stuff, but preparing for my two final exams had me re-writing notes for hours, reading them PAINSTAKINGLY OVER AND OVER AGAIN for days until I could virtually sing it to someone, memorizing defintions like a crazy woman and pulling all nighters nearly everyday just to get all the studying time possible - let me tell you, that is REAL studying, and none of the tame shizzz people have done in high school. They can study again and again and feel like it's sapping their energy but it's nothing compared to what's coming in university, I promise any high school student that -.- I sure wasn't expecting it!!!!

So as for next semester, this is what I'm taking!!!!!! I HOPE IT'S NOT THAT BAD, I swear, I'm kind of worried!!!

Expl 160 - forgot the proper title
Crim101 - forgot the proper title
XFAN99 - it's for kids who suck at math
WL101W - it used to be plain old WL100 but I switched out of it to take this, because it satifies my lower W requirements plus it's in a small setting of 17 students which is virtually unheard of in universities! So it's a very unique class with an altogether new experience for most students, and it'll really hone my writing skills, I hope.

The only thing I'm worried about is XFAN99 and a liiiiiiiiittle bit about Crim101. I'm just going to DEFINITELY hit the books with these and pray to God I qualitly for an open undergrad scholarship by the time this is over, considering that open undergrad applicants should have a 3.5 GPA, and I'm only used to maintaing a 3.0 so far in university. YAAAAGH, I'm trying not to complain about me 2300 dollar tuition fee, when students all over Great Britain are currently protesting for the nationwide raise in university tuition - it's 9ooo pounds, which is the equivalent of 14,000 Canadian so yes everyone, let us please put this in perspect, shall we? :P

Here's my random Wish List at the top of my head, btw - it's tradition that I do this, because I like to sort out my thoughts but in no way do I actually expect any of these things, I swear :P

• YU-GI-OH collectable cards!!!!!!!! DOPE.
• Stuff to personalize/decorate my room/wall
• HP merchandise....... HOLY EFF I want HP merchandise, not gonna lie. Specifically HP t-shirts or keychains, or PILOT HATS! Dope, dope, dope.
• Clothing gift cards, tehehehe....
• Random blue things that I can use - like.... brand name blue pens, blue travelling mug, blue notebooks .... OHHH YEAH
• SCHOOL SUPPLIES - LOVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES!!!!!!!! Paper, post-its, pens, pencils, binders, notebooks, YUP!

And that's all. I'm trying not to be selfish so :) HAHAHA. K. Anyway, that's all I can think of to write about right now, so yah. I hope everyone is having an AMAZING Christmas and that they're doing well in their finals, and that they get good grades :) GOD BLESS, because 'tis the season, mes amis!!!
